Q' Why a boarded system?
A'Boarded system is used in the "Re-Building"of flat roofing issues.Often the case, we find roofing structures that are of a low pitch or have very little run-off need of a board system installation to allow propper water flow. Wooden pressed boards are bolted to the existing IBR / Corrugated iron roof, creating a "Flat Roof Surface",where upon the 4mm Torch-On waterproofing sheetings are installed.

Q' Is this cost effective?
A'This is the most cost effective system designed to date. The costs of re-building / increasing a low pitch roof will run into tens of thousands and one will need to remove the under ceiling boards to allow access, and there may even be internal damages.

Q' Will this work?
A'The boarded system works perfectly. It allows for "A Flat Roof" type installation of which water cannot penetrate as the waterproofing applied is of an industrial specification of which all government / hospital buildings make use of.
